The High School Softball game at Shawnee will still be played on Friday 4/25/25 as scheduled.

Just a reminder that students trying out for junior high cheer have practice at 3pm today and there is a mandatory parent meeting at 5pm tonight. Students will need permission to stay after school so please call the school or have student bring note to office if they have one.

This is a reminder that there is a parent meeting tomorrow, Tuesday April, 22nd at 6:00pm in the junior high library for any parent of a senior going on the senior trip.
Please bring a copy of your students current insurance card.

Just a reminder that the Book Fair is going on this week. We invite everyone to attend the Spring Fling, Art Show and International night this Thursday from 5pm to 7pm where you can visit the Book Fair with your student.
A second reminder that junior high and high school club pictures are tomorrow, April 22nd.

SIC Esports Tryouts - Friday, April 25th


Our very own Hardin County Cougars baseball team will be playing at Mountain Dew Park in Marion IL on Monday April 21st at 5:30pm against the Gallatin County Hawks. Please come support our team.
Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for students, and children 8 and under are free.

Any 4th-7th grade student trying out for Jr.High Cheerleading will have their first practice on Tuesday May 22 from 3-5 with a Mandatory parent meeting starting at 5:00. A parent and the student need to attend. If your student will be staying after school on Tuesday May 22nd they must have a permission note, or you may call the school. Students must sign up in the office by Monday April 21st, sign ups have been posted since April 7th.

4/14/25: Attention Senior Parents: There will be a Senior Parent/Guardian meeting on April 22nd, 2025 at 6:00PM in the Junior High Library to discuss senior trip details, rules, and to complete any necessary paper work. Please bring a current copy of your student's insurance card.
